How long have you been in business?

Beautiful Day Planning was “born” January 6, 2009. Since then, we have coordinated and planned weddings & events for for over a hundred couples and we’d love to help you as well!

What size of weddings & events do you have experience with?

We’ve planned and coordinated events & weddings ranging from 25-1,200 guests!

How are you different from other planners?

We’re award-winning, experienced, known in the industry, and have the calm and positive attitudes that are required to make your Big Day, big event, or the whole planning process smooth and enjoyable! If you don’t believe us, just check out our most recent reviews!

I don’t think my budget can support hiring a planner…

What most people don’t realize is that hiring a planner will save you time and money! Our network of vendors offer our clients discounts and we have the experience and knowledge required to help you achieve the day you want within your budget! We have money-saving tips and can help you spend your budget wisely! And in reality, a day-of planner usually comes in less expensive than your wedding cake!

Will you plan my entire wedding?

Yes….if that’s what you want! Contrary to popular belief, hiring a wedding planner isn’t an “all or nothing” agreement; meaning, we don’t take over your whole planning process. Our packages range from Day-of Coordination (with no planning help), to planning packages that range from 5 hours of planning help, all the way to full-service, all inclusive planning, and everything in between! Our packages are tailored to fit your needs – so if you only need help finding a photographer, or developing your theme and decor, we can do that!

Will I have to work with your preferred vendors?

Not at all! In fact, we met most of our preferred vendors while doing day-of coordination services at past client’s weddings! You can use whomever you’d like – we are just here to help answer questions you may have, as well as give advice in regards to the companies we have experience working with in the past.

How many weddings do you take per day?

We are currently staffed to have four complete coordinator teams out per day. However, each team only works one wedding or event a day – so once you reserve your date with us, one of our teams is all yours for the entire day!

How far ahead of time do you book?

Currently, our peak season is May thru October. Those months can book up anywhere from 18 months or more ahead of time, but we sometimes have day of coordination packages book with as little notice as 2 weeks!
